Strict rationing: “Such an approach accepts a two-tiered health system-some citizens will receive only basic services while others will receive both basic and some discretionary health services… Substantively, it suggests services that promote the continuation of the polity-those that ensure healthy future generations (eugenics?), ensure development of practical reasoning skills, and ensure full and active participation by citizens in public deliberations-are to be socially guaranteed as basic. Conversely, services provided to individuals who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens are not basic and should not be guaranteed. An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia.” What class are YOU in? Emanuel plans for two classes of people; those deemed worthy of life and those not worthy of life: “When implemented, the Complete Lives System produces a priority curve on which individuals aged between roughly 15 and 40 years get the most substantial chance, whereas the youngest and oldest people get chances that are attenuated.” This may be justified by public opinion, since “broad consensus favours adolescents over very young infants, and young adults over very elderly people.” (If you are 5 or 50, you're in the "duty to die" category with Emanuel) Babies are Worth Less to Emanuel: “Strict youngest-first allocation directs scarce resources predominantly to infants. This approach seems incorrect. The death of a 20-year-old woman is intuitively worse than that of a 2-month-old girl, even though the baby has had less life. The 20-year-old has a much more developed personality than the infant, and has drawn upon the investment of others to begin as-yet-unfulfilled projects…. Adolescents have received substantial substantial education and parental care, investments that will be wasted without a complete life. Infants, by contrast, have not yet received these investments…. It is terrible when an infant dies, but worse, most people think, when a three-year-old child dies, and worse still when an adolescent does.” (Imagine the low priority fetal care will get--and imagine how hard they will push abortions!) Youth is No Protection from the Government Death Machine: “The ‘complete lives’ system also considers prognosis, since its aim is to achieve complete lives. A young person with a poor prognosis has had few life-years but lacks the potential to live a complete life. Considering prognosis forestalls the concern that disproportionately large amounts of resources will be directed to young people with poor prognoses.” Your Political, Religious and Other Beliefs May Influence Your Care: “Social Value Allocation” prioritizes specific individuals to enable them to promote other important values, or rewards them for having promoted these values. In view of the multiplicity of reasonable values in society and in view of what is at stake, social value allocation must not legislate socially conventional, mainstream values.” (How is this any different from Hitlerian eugenics?) (What happened to equality under the law?) Thus Sen. Kennedy might have been approved for treatments that your grandmother wouldn't. Dr. Death will Protect Favored Professions, Rewarding them with Life, Denying Life to Others: “Allocators must also avoid directing interventions earmarked for health needs to those not relevant to the health problem at hand, which covertly exacerbates scarcity. For instance, funeral directors might be essential to preserving health in an influenza pandemic, but not during a shortage of intensive-care beds. For instance, former organ donors seem to deserve reciprocity since they make a serious sacrifice and since there is no surplus of organ donors. By contrast, laboratory staff who serve as vaccine production workers do not incur serious risk nor are they irreplaceable, so reciprocity seems less appropriate for them.” (Thus a "replaceable" truck driver or home schooling mom could be left to die to save an "irreplaceable" government bureaucrat or left wing news reporter) Note: this is not a lone activist promoting death only to cactus in the desert; these are the goals of one of President Obama's top health policy advisors, and others in the administration share similar views. What he says now will, bit-by-bit, become Obama Death Care. It might take 5 or more years to stealth-fully pass all these elements, but this is the Hitler-like scheme being laid out by Obama's advisor. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel is the brother of Obama's Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel. Emanuel names his scheme the 'Complete Lives System', but it is far from helping Americans live complete lives. Only government control and rationing of health care will create the shortages necessary for Emanuel's plot to be enacted to so drastically play grim reaper with our lives, and to create those shortages, the government must take over health care and begin cutting services and implementing rationing. A private healthcare system will provide for sufficient care for all.

Bringing China's One-Child Policy to America Through Forced Sterilization: "Involuntary fertility control A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child, despite the relatively greater difficulty of the operation than vasectomy, might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men. The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births. If some individuals contribute to general social deterioration by overproducing children, and if the need is compelling, they can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility—just as they can be required to exercise responsibility in their resource-consumption patterns—providing they are not denied equal protection. In today's world, however, the number of children in a family is a matter of profound public concern. The law regulates other highly personal matters. But why was a person who ever advocated such extreme policies ever allowed to become a senior policy advisor in the administration, and how can Americans trust him to make decisions free of such hatred to humanity. Possibly he is welcomed because his views do indeed form the core of the anti-life philosophy regarding health care in the White House. |

THE GREATEST THREAT TO OUR SOVEREIGNTY AND CONSTITUTION
Within a
few short years, unless Americans object now, the United States of America and our
beloved Constitution may not exist. Behind closed doors, a new scheme is being drawn up to eliminate the borders with
Mexico and Canada, replace the Dollar with the "Amero" (a
combination of the weak
and unstable Mexican and Canadian currencies with the Dollar)--thus destroying American's
savings and economic stability; and create a "North American Union"
(NAU) like
the European Union. Gone or ignored will be our Constitution.
Bureaucrats in Mexico, Canada and the U.S. will dictate your rights and
duties as "citizens" of the NAU. Complete elimination of borders
will give all Mexicans the legal right to move to the U.S., making Americans nearly a minority
in our country and making security against terrorism and drug smuggling impossible. It's not a nightmare, it's really happening,
unless Americans wake up now and put a stop to it. Today the
planning is behind closed doors, soon the media and politicians will be
declaring the need to merge with Mexico and Canada to solve all our
problems, and the danger exists that a real or created crisis could be
used to force the scheme into effect without even a vote in Congress. This is how our
great country and Constitution could be undermined and abandoned without
a fight--if we let it happen now. Follow the news here and please

Congressman Virgil Goode (R-VA)
introduced H.C.R. 40 in the previous Congress, "Expressing the sense of Congress that the United
States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union with
Mexico and Canada." This must be passed as soon as possible to stop
this dangerous scheme, and the first steps you can take to get it passes are to
get your own Congressman to co-sponsor it, get your Senators to introduce a
Senate version. We expect the new Congress' version to be introduced soon,
then we can work to get it debated and passed in the
Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in the Committee on Foreign
Affairs. Please act today.

Poisoned
In China: Protect yourself and your family-Avoid
Poisoned Chinese
Products: Read the label and don't buy food, toys, clothing and other
products made in China. Reports of seafood raised in sewage, lead and
asbestos in toys, antifreeze in toothpaste, deadly tires, poisoned pet food, and so many other
health and safety hazards in Chinese products. Many products, especially
food, make no mention of being from China. Others merely say "imported". Protect yourself, protect your family and loved ones. Buy American to make
sure, and demand your stores carry American made products. Cheaper
isn't safer! It's not worth saving a buck only to risk lead/toxin/asbestos
exposure--isn't your family worth that?
Many Chinese products are are made in some of the worst sweatshop conditions in the world. Prison and concentration camp labor is common even for products you buy with recognized store and brand names; and many factories are fully or partially owned by the Communist Chinese People's Liberation Army--your purchase directly financing the genocide in Tibet, Burma, Sudan (Darfur), and in China itself.
Americans are increasingly losing good-paying manufacturing jobs and surviving only by working retail selling Chinese products to each other--yet even those jobs are increasingly being taken by cheap immigrant (legal and illegal) labor. Where will Americans be working in 5 or 10 years? Where will our children get the entry-level jobs and summer jobs they need to learn marketable skills? Let's bring home American manufacturing, and the way to do that is to insist to companies you won't buy Chinese products and are willing to spend a bit more for the security and safety of American products.
"Poisoned In China" Action Items:
The Conservative Caucus urges you to
fight back against poisoned and
slave/sweatshop products from Communist China. You’ve read the horror
stories—lead, asbestos, seafood raised in sewage, antifreeze and more in
food, toys and products; slave and sweatshop labor, banned pesticides and
chemicals, carcinogens. Cheaper isn’t safer.
Read the labels! Watch out for the obvious: "Made In China", but merely "Imported" raises the question. "Made in the USA from imported components" also likely means Chinese ingredients. Be aware of deceptive packaging, such as American flags on products or suggestive company names such as "America's Favorite" or "Acme USA corp." yet when you look at the tiny letters you see "made in China". Tragically, many familiar and famous brand names of foods, those we grew up with and trusted, are often now made in China--look very carefully on all food. You will be shocked at how many are now Chinese or from 3rd world countries. You may see labels saying food was grown in the USA but on the label it says "processed in China" or 3rd world countries; do you want to trust that either? Other suspicious labels may say: "Packed in the USA", or "Distributed by Acme USA Corp"--not specifying where the contents were made. China is now processing American-raised chicken and returning it to your supermarket--check labels carefully.
Re-orient yourself to today's dangerous grocery market. Take a few minutes this month to really look at the labels on everything you usually buy, especially anything you eat and put in or on your body. You may be shocked to see how many products which you use are now from China and third-world countries. Find ones made in America instead. You'll also find many products with missing or incomplete information, such as "packed in USA" without stating where the ingredients came from; or "distributed by" some American company yet neglecting to tell you where it was made. Many products simply have no product origin listed at all, call those companies to be sure.
Ask the store, and call any 800-number on the package to ask where it is made. Companies may have a policy to refuse to admit which or how much of their food that you eat is made in China, so the safest thing to do is take that as an admission their products are from China or 3rd world countries--if they were made in the USA, wouldn't they want to brag about it?
Do not buy anything made in China. Spend a bit more to protect your family and to not support slave/sweatshop labor--aren't they worth it?
Never buy Chinese-made food, fruits, seafood, vitamins, cosmetics, toothpaste, medicine, toys, or even pet food. Don't wait until you read the recall notice.
WASH it! You don't know what anything from China could be exposed to. Food is a completely different matter (you can't wash off toxins inside the food so just don't buy it), but never use mugs, chinaware, silverware, etc without washing them thoroughly. Even if products contain no lead or manufacturing-related toxins in or on them, they could have mold, toxins, bacteria and other hazards on them. The long ocean voyage itself offers darkness and humidity, perfect conditions for mold growth. Put an apple in your new backpack? Yuck! Wash (and dry thoroughly) the backpack first! Wash all Chinese clothing thoroughly too. Alcohol can help reduce mold on items.
Smell products for mold before buying. You can buy mold test kits to be sure.
Test for lead. Mugs, chinaware, glassware, toys and even clothing from China have been found to contain lead. Home lead test kits are available at hardware and other stores, and because most toys, chinaware and glassware items now come from China, you should act now to protect your family.
That Chinese item may be cheap, but it likely cost someone a great deal more. Chinese workers are often brutalized in sweatshops and some products you may buy were made in concentration camps and barbaric prisons. Don't be a part. Pass the word. You would have refused to buy Nazi concentration camp-made products--it's just as bad in China today.
"Organic" food made in China cannot be organic! There are no genuine Chinese standards, laws, or sense of ethics; and there is a great deal of corruption and reportedly just 2 organic food inspectors for the whole country. China is perhaps the most polluted county on earth, you simply can't ever know what it really contains. In America there are inspectors, laws, reporters, lawsuits, and farmers dedicated to quality.
Watch out for ingredients in food which are made in China. You'll never know until you ask. Wheat gluten or gluten is mostly from China and is used as an cheap protein additive. Most vitamins are now made in China, but you'll never see that on the label so ask and call their 800-numbers.
Pharmaceuticals sold in America are often now made in China. Scary! Demand to know from your pharmacy where it is made or call the drug company directly. Deaths from Chinese-made drugs.
Some dental crowns, dentures, etc. are being made in China, and lead is being found in them. Nothing is safe! Demand American made dental items from your dentist! Don't put anything from China in your mouth.
Buying online or from a catalog? Ask before you order where it's made; don't wait until you receive it to learn it is from China.
Many hotels (and airline toiletry kits) use Chinese made soap and toothpaste. Yuk! Look carefully at the label and demand USA-made items.
Demand retailers stock safe American products, and tell manufacturers you’ll pay more for American made products. Support American jobs.
Ask Congress to mandate strict and immediate origin labeling for ALL foods and products & also for restaurants. Most food currently has no or poor labeling.
Demand that Congress repeal permission to import Chinese foods and Chinese-processed foods. We never voted to have our food come from dangerous and unsanitary countries!
Ask candidates to immediately ban all food, pharmaceuticals, vitamins and cosmetics from China and 3rd-world countries.
Manufacturers, farmers, organic food producers and retailers, associations, unions, political parties and organizations, and others concerned are invited to contact us to participate.
Chinese cars are coming soon. Both Chinese manufacturers and American companies will soon be flooding the US market with shoddy Chinese cars, produced under sweatshop conditions, containing parts of unknown safety. Chinese cars will make Detroit a permanent ghost town, and destroy the jobs of hundreds of thousands of auto-related jobs, and perhaps millions of workers in related industries. Spend the extra money, don't fall for dirt-cheap cars made in horrendous conditions.
Items made in 3rd world countries may be as unsanitary/toxic as Chinese items, and be made under similar sweatshop/prison labor conditions. Don't buy them either.
Chinese and 3rd world products are the most "un-Green" possible; as there are no pollution laws. Workers are also exposed to dangerous working conditions and toxins. Buy "Green"--buy American!

Obama is pushing to get the Senate to pass the dangerous "Law of the Sea" treaty, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has promised she will push for action this year, perhaps soon. It could be brought up for a full Senate vote at any time or be amended onto another bill, and it must be stopped.

Beware the dangerous concept known as "Totalization", which would allow Mexican workers, both legal and illegal, to collect American Social Security checks long after they have returned home to Mexico. Bush signed the agreement with Mexico several years ago, but never sent it to Congress for approval. The danger is that Obama could push it at any time. It's a time bomb which will further bankrupt America. This could become a multi-billion-dollar drain on our Social Security system and encourage even more Mexican workers to come to the U.S.A. to work just enough time to qualify under Mexico's rules for Social Security, then return home and collect from America's system.
Thanks to the actions of our members, the President has not yet sent the agreement to Congress for a 60 legislative day review, for fear Congress would reject it. We have delivered over 57,800 petitions on the Social Security for Americans Only Act to Congress and the White House.

Mental screening is now in place in many schools across the country under names like "TeenScreen", and it's even in New York City at doctor's offices. Who is more likely to be labeled nuts and drugged into submission--a loyal Obama student supporter or a conservative Christian student who opposes the teacher's liberal agenda? President Obama could order a halt to this invasive and dangerous scheme immediately--if enough people protest.

Remember that the Soviet Union was famous for declaring people who opposed their dictatorship to be insane, and such people were imprisoned, sent to insane asylums, and drugged/electric-shocked into being compliant or even a vegetable. In 1955, the U.S. psychiatric industry pushed a bill to establish a giant soviet-style asylum in Alaska (S.2518, the "Alaska Mental Health Act"), and to allow virtually anyone to declare anyone else insane--thus sentencing them to confinement in a huge asylum Alaska. This could have been used to silence political opposition right here in the U.S.A., had it not been defeated in Congress. Don't let this happen!

The
conservative Caucus has long supported resolutions in Congress urging returning U.S. military bases to Panama to
protect the canal. We need YOUR help to call, write, visit and e-mail your
Congressman and Senators asking them to support a return of US troops to protect
the Panama Canal.
All US military forces withdrew from Panama on December 31, 1999. Since then, the United States remains without a significant military presence in Latin America. A section in the 1978 Panama Canal Treaty makes provision for negotiation of a forward presence after 2000, if both countries express an interest in maintaining such a presence. Here's why this is even more important than before: The Panamanian government awarded Huchison Port Holdings Ltd., a company closely tied to Red China, two major ports; Cristobal on the Atlantic side of the Panama Canal, and Balboa on the Pacific side. These are the most crucial strategic choke points in the Western Hemisphere.
In an interview published in Insight Magazine, former Congressman Henry Hyde told Dr. Lucier "Panama could become ‘troublesome’ ... ‘I don’t see it now, but I see the potential for a hostile control of the ebb and flow of shipping if the People’s Republic of China controls that waterway.’" Hyde also thinks that "the United States should negotiate to restore some U.S. base rights there. ‘I’ve always thought that. I was not a big supporter of our leaving Panama and turning it over to what at best was an unstable government. I think our interests are pretty paramount down there, and we should do what’s necessary to protect our interests.’"

The Legal Services Corporation is a legal and political crusade
by left-wing lawyers and political activists to hold up middle-class taxpayers for
unbounded income redistribution and welfare schemes.
The total financial burden imposed on American taxpayers by LSC activities during the past thirty years amounts to many hundreds of billions of dollars.
A total of more than two trillion of the Federal government's five trillion dollar debt can reasonably be ascribed to the efforts of Federally-funded legal service activists, whether by litigation, procuring of grants and contracts, grass-roots organizing, lobbying, or legislative impact.
Budget crisis or not, for a Republican Congress to pay left-wing lawyers several hundred million dollars per year to sue Federal, state and local officials before liberal activist judges, in order to accomplish the opposite of what the elected Congress is trying to do, would be the height of folly. The LSC must be zeroed out.

The Republican Party held the majority in the House and Senate from 1994-2006, during which time the Republican leadership continually betrayed the conservatives who voted for them by supporting Bill Clinton and liberals on outrageous deficits, the line-item veto, the $2 trillion budget, NAFTA, WTO, MFN for Red China, subsidies to Planned Parenthood and the homosexuals, extension of the Legal Services Corporation and the National Endowment for the Arts, expansion of the Federal role in education, creation of a new socialized medicine entitlement, yielding to the tax claims of the U.N. General Assembly, and so much more. The loss of the GOP majority was a direct result of 12 years of ignoring conservative issues, expansion of government power, and signing away millions of American jobs in the name of trade treaties.
